Holy smokes. Amazing HUGE voluminous taffeta plaid accordion pleat maxi skirt in a funky ivy, navy and crimson plaid with a black velvet waistband. Sharp pleats flare all the way to there with a full circle hem. No maker label, circa 1970s.
