We're huge fans of Miss Elliette around here for fun flirty dresses, and this buttercup yellow chiffon confection does not disappoint! The slightly blousey sleeveless bodice has a bateau neckline, bust darts, and a nipped in high waist with a sweet bow detail. The frothy pleated skirt flares to below the knee with a fluttery ruffled hem and would look darling with ballet flats, kitten heels, or platform sandals in bright white or pastels.
