Fun and funky fringe booties in a bright ultraviolet suede, soft almond toe and scrunchy short shaft. Made for dancing!! Would be adorable with tights and socks in winter but also cool with cut offs or a sundress in warmer months. No company label, made in Uruguay, circa 1980s.
