Perfect for those chilly April showers and beyond! Swishy vintage reversible cape with a rich Celtic blue hued water resistant weave on one side, and a lovely flannel tartan on the other. The plaid is great with denim, neutrals or a pop of color to play off of the multiple sea blues, ivory and warm brown tones.
